Service Description

Deep Tissue massage focuses on re-aligning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to relieve chronic muscle tension or injury. Most sessions will start with lighter pressure to warm the muscles and move slowly into the deeper pressure. It must be done this way because, if deep pressure is applied immediately, the muscles will automatically tighten for protection.
